I applied the automated script from the "Nvidia tried so hard to stop this" video to set up a VM on Win11 Pro and launched Parsec. The VM operates smoothly with games running correctly. I’m seeing performance on my PNY GeForce RTX 3090 24GB XLR8 Gaming REVEL EPIC-X RGB Triple Fan Edition. Initially it worked at 1080p, but after rebooting it fell to 1024x768 and I’m unsure how to restore the higher resolution. The target is 2560x1440 if possible. I set up a new VM, which also dropped to 1024x768 after the first restart. After deleting it, I’m still unsure if the fake HDMI dongle is visible to the VM. My main monitor (5120x1440) is connected to the host running Win11 Pro, with the dummy plug in place. I attempted software virtual monitors like usbmmidd and v2, but nothing worked. I ran the .bat file multiple times without success. Device Manager showed six virtual monitors—thankfully, I uninstalled them to start fresh. I’m seeking a method to run a Hyper-V VM at a higher resolution without using the Enhanced Session, which seems to interfere with Parsec. Please help!
