Running POP_OS 20 LTS. Quitting a running window of VLC closes it, but I can't open another video without terminating the app. It doesn't appear in the terminal's "top" list. I have to use the built-in task manager to end VLC. VLC shows up in htop, but I'm unsure how to kill it there. This problem has been ongoing since POP 19 and it's really annoying. How can I resolve this?

Noteworthy, I've encountered a comparable issue on LM20. It occurs whether streaming over a network or using local files.
