My PC has been experiencing several problems lately. The menu icons are malfunctioning and won’t respond, and the display freezes briefly while watching videos occasionally. There’s also high memory usage even when idle—over 9GB. I’ve tried updating drivers and BIOS, but nothing seems to resolve it. My specs include two 1440p monitors, Windows 11, a Gigabyte B550M DS3H AC v1.1, an RTX 6700 XT, a Ryzen 5 5600G, four 8GB RAM modules at 3200MHz, a G.Skil Ripjaw drive, and a Samsung 970 EVO Plus with 1TB storage. Update the newest BIOS for your motherboard. Get chipset drivers straight from AMD. Turn off MultiPlane Overlay MPO in Windows. Use sfc /scannow to repair system files.
