Is this typical? I have two 16 GB g.skill flash drives and the "crucial t500 1tb Software" says my virtual memory is 98% full while physical is about 60%. This occurs when playing World of Warcraft, and I don’t run anything in the background during it.

Include the PSU age along with its make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this time.
Have you tried running another game besides World of Warcraft?

On Windows, VRAM consumes virtual addresses. I've maintained the pagefile size matching the VRAM capacity for years. If virtual addressing is restricted, you risk exhausting available addresses for your actual memory (DRAM) if the pagefile is too small. For Windows, virtual addressing equals DRAM size plus pagefile size. Without a pagefile, you're restricted to 32GiB of virtual addressing; using 20GiB would leave only 12GiB for VRAM. Also, virtual memory can be allocated for DRAM, but physical memory is reserved only when accessed, typically in 4KiB blocks (pages).
