Hello,
I was adjusting my GPU settings from GPU tweak 2 and everything worked smoothly until I changed the core clock from 1400 to 1450 MHz. After that, it stuttered briefly, which I thought was just normal instability, so I restarted the PC. Now the system won’t boot at all—only the ROG logo appears with instructions to press del or F2 to enter BIOS, but it doesn’t respond. It keeps displaying the screen. I also tried the CMOS button without success.
I need assistance with this issue.

Watch the video at the provided link. You may remove your GPU and connect the monitor cables to the motherboard. It should then utilize Intel HD Graphics. If it boots into Windows, uninstall GPU Tweak 2 and reinstall your 2 GTX 970 on the PC.
