I've been checking streams on my second monitor. I'm using the "gamestreams" app on Windows. It's consuming around half of my CPU, which is surprising given my i7 4790k. Do you have an app like this or do you prefer watching Twitch through a browser?

You're currently using Twitch in the browser to watch streams on a second monitor, and it's functioning properly.

Your i7-3770 is handling the workload well, but the browser might be using extra resources. Consider checking for updates or lighter alternatives if performance becomes an issue.

It's simple. I used popup windows for streaming, but the theater mode works better now as it lets me join chat if needed. I also switch browsers for each screen—like using Opera on one and another browser on another—since I have two Google accounts.
