I'm not sure what's going on, but this only occurs with Diablo 4. My troubleshooting and specs are in the YouTube description. The game runs smoothly at over 200fps, but the streaming software always lags and buffers. I've tested two different streaming programs, but the issue only appears with Diablo 4 and hasn't happened before. I'm trying to figure out why this is happening and need your help.

I was just mentioning the frame rate my game uses to assist in resolving this problem. I think it's not a hardware issue since it only occurs with Diablo 4 and specifically in the streaming software's preview/stream. My drivers are current.

I can't believe it... it turned out to be such a straightforward thing. Forgot to enable Limit Capture Framerate in OBS 🙃.
