Selecting among three CPU options: I7 10700 $314, I9 10850k $437, Ryzen 9 3900x $519, and Par with 3060 Ti. Essentially a 2080 Super setup. Video editing relies on GPU or CPU? Streaming likely uses GPU encoding. Go for the cheaper CPU if you need fewer cores in 2021.

Choose rendering and gaming with Intel. I know Adobe offers better compatibility with Intel. The 10700K is sufficient.

Then 10,850k if the price gap isn't significant in your area... after all it's an I9. Make sure you secure a solid MoBo as well.
