Searching for a reliable video converter that works with Intel QuickSync and preserves high quality during conversion. Movavi Video Converter handles QuickSync well, though the output videos can lose clarity.

You might want to tweak a few options for better quality. In short, I think Quick Sync in Handbrake works well.

I understand you've tried various configurations but haven't seen results. Appreciate your patience. I'll look into HandBrake next.

For simple video conversion, quicksync isn't necessary since it's meant for CPU-heavy work. Its quality isn't very high, so opt for CPU encoding instead.
