I'm working with a 1366*786 monitor and a GTX 1650 super GPU. Right now I can't afford a HD monitor since I might need to upgrade my GPU. Can I record gameplay and convert it to 1080p at 60fps without sacrificing quality? If yes, what software should I use to convert my 720p 60fps videos to 1080p 60fps without compressing the quality? I used Wondershare Ultimate, and the output video was 1080p at 60fps but the quality dropped significantly.

I attempted it but noticed strange freezes and pauses in the recorded video.

When using the GPU for recording, it may lack sufficient power to handle everything simultaneously.
