Very slow frame rate on the device you own. Need assistance.
I've faced this problem for several years after setting up my PC. Online advice and fixes haven't resolved the issue. In most games, my GPU usage stays around 30%-40% while CPU performance is similar, but my frame rate is significantly lower than expected. For instance, in GTA V singleplayer I'm getting about 70 FPS at high settings. I've adjusted resolution to ease CPU strain, disabled background apps, reinstalled drivers, updated BIOS, and even reinstalled Windows multiple times, yet it still doesn't work. I suspect a faulty or insufficient power supply might be the cause, but I'm not convinced. Everyone suggests I should see double the frames in certain cases, but that's just not happening for me. Any fresh ideas or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Here are my specs: CPU - Ryzen 7 3700X, GPU - 3070, RAM - 32GB 3600MHz, PSU - Corsair cv650, MOBO - ROG Strix B550-F.
Consider a BIOS reset by clearing the CMOS instead of checking the bottleneck calculator. It mentions a 9.8% bottleneck, which could be the problem.
GTA serves as a prime illustration of poor examples due to its inconsistent settings and subpar optimization. It often struggles across different hardware configurations.
