I've experimented with Linux on the Flow Z13 but the CPU isn't reaching full performance. Even under stress with 20 threads, it shows 100% usage but only draws about 15W while running at around 1GHz. Turbostat indicates a max PL1 of 60W and PL2 of 115W. I've checked both balanced and performance settings in the menu, but results remain unchanged. turbostat.txt

The manufacturer likely configured the power cap to 15W. To identify the laptop's make and model, you may need additional details or specifications.

It's an Asus ROG Flow Z13, shouldn't it be okay? In Windows the maximum power is around 95W/45W and it stays that way unless you adjust it with throttle stop.

The warning suggests installing cpupower via pacman and then running the command to ensure it works properly.

reviewing CPU 0 driver details shows no active cores running at full speed. All cores are currently idle or not responding to frequency commands. No maximum latency issues detected, but hardware constraints remain between 400 MHz and 5.00 GHz. Available CPUFreq governors allow performance mode, but the system defaults to power-saving settings. Current measured frequency is 2.62 GHz, and boost state is enabled. Changing the governor to performance did not alter results.

The command couldn't be processed because the file tlp.service is missing.
