It seems like a compressed archive was found, probably containing an executable file. Execute that file to begin the setup.

Consider removing the outdated driver fully. Press Right Click on Start, select Device Manager, navigate to Network adapters, right click your adapter, choose Uninstall device, confirm with Uninstall, then click Action and scan for hardware changes. Wait a few minutes and Windows will reinstall the driver.

two issues appear to exist: one) intel dual band wireless-ac 8265 is having a problem, and two) the intel 1211 gigabit network connection was uninstalled, yet no action was taken.
