I own an Acer Nitro VG240ys 24-inch monitor for nearly a year. Recently, I see a line of pixels that aren’t displaying correctly, as shown in the images. It functions properly when the screen is white or black. Is this issue related to my monitor or the GPU?

Have you explored a different display cable or input? (For example, using DisplayPort instead of HDMI and the other way around)

I used an HDMI cable (displayPort works too), but the issue got worse. I tested various ports on the GPU and motherboard, yet the problem persisted.

The internal board of the monitor is beginning to fail, probably. If it remains under warranty, I would definitely reach out to Acer for a replacement.

Visited a nearby repair service and received the same response. Believe it comes with a three-year warranty, so I’ll reach out to Acer support. Appreciate the assistance.
