The folder named "application verifier" might be unnecessary if you don't need its contents. It contains a DLL, a H file, and an IDL file—check if they’re required for your program. Removing it won’t harm your system unless it’s essential. Be cautious with unknown files.

It could be a sign of a program activity. You can simply delete it. It might also be useful to look at %appdata% and registry (regedit).

The Windows SDK is now available. You can obtain it by installing Visual Studio as well.
