I'm having issues configuring the timing for the LPX 8GB DDR4 memory kit at 3000MHz on your ASUS ROG STRIX B450. I believe disabling D.O.C.P (XMP) and setting the FLCK to 1500MHz would be appropriate. This is the standard speed for this kit, as suggested by the components you're using.
