Seriously?! That’s not the Steve Young I recognize! In fact, I've been exchanging ideas with him over several games at a time, and he consistently demonstrates superior understanding of which components fit together. He’s also generously sharing his expertise with me. While he can be curt and brief when under pressure, generally he’s a supportive individual who appreciates those who support him. The best approach is to contact him via email if you find interacting with him directly difficult.

I concur with Chris K’s assessment; I've purchased items from PBR on two separate occasions and each time, the individual involved has exhibited unpleasant behavior. While he typically possesses the parts I require, it feels as though he’s providing them with considerable reluctance and a sense of personal inconvenience. I intend to continue my purchases from BAA, who have consistently been reliable and helpful.

I’ve discovered a number of component suppliers, and the costs can fluctuate significantly depending on where you shop. I consistently opt for a dependable option, regardless of the situation. Action Pinball meets this requirement perfectly. Although their costs are occasionally somewhat elevated compared to other suppliers, I’ve consistently received accurate and timely orders from Ray. It's preferable to pay a little more than to question whether your order will arrive and when it will. I also value supporting companies that provide quality service. I’ve purchased from businesses like Marco and have experienced positive results. Considering all the vendors discussed, Action Pinball is an excellent choice in my opinion.

While we are giving plugs for great service I thought I would mention
my experience from an Aussies point of view. I have had excellent
service from the following and would not hesitate to order from these
people again.
BAA - most of my orders are from Rick due to the very easy ordering
system and extremely fast shipping - just too easy really.
Pinball Life - Terry is a nice bloke, great prices and fast shipping
too.
FAO - Dave is a pleasure to deal with, fast shipping and packages the
gear so it is bomb proof.
Duke of Pinball - Mike gives you great service, top bloke and even
sends photos of your package before it is sent.
Action Pinball - I don't think Ray gets enough of a mention on here and
I don't know why. Everything about the service Ray gives is great and
is a fine person too.
PinRestore - I have had several great dealings with Scot. Perfect
customer service and a pleasure to talk to.
Mad Amusements - Very helpful fella. Shipping was a bit slow but he had
some dramas happening at the time so I would definitely use him again.
Treasure Cove - Alan is an honest bloke and very helpful too. Ships
fast too.
Orbit Pinball - Great products and I found Frank very friendly. Ships
fast.
Great Plains Electronics - Only a small order but Ed was fantastic.
I have also ordered from Pinball Inc and Pinball Pro with no problems
at all. Very good.
Hmmm not many Aussie suppliers in amongst that lot.

Don’t get concerned about the high cost. Be mindful of it when Steve advises you to submit smaller quantities in the future, as he doesn’t favor large purchases exceeding $600.
