Hello, I just began using Vegas Pro 11 for editing and rendering videos. After customizing my template and selecting GPU rendering when available, I still encounter errors. I'm running a 770, but I haven't found any specific solutions online. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I can't post screenshots directly. Please share the error details here, and I'll guide you through the steps. Adjusting your Template Settings to check GPU status is correct—just let me know the result!

The check shows CUDA is available. For the screenshot, I can't display it right now since I'm generating a video instead of showing an image.

I've experienced this before. The program says it can't respond, showing an error similar to Windows. Update your graphics drivers, then open Sony Vegas Pro while holding Ctrl+Shift. It will ask you to clear its cache and other data. After updating drivers and restarting your PC, this usually resolves the issue.

Previously I updated the Nvidia drivers roughly two weeks ago, but it caused the CS to crash and stop responding when DSR was enabled. I’ll attempt another update once I finish my rendering video. Now it doesn’t crash entirely—it just displays an error message about rendering and keeps running normally. Also, when I tried automatic rendering, the same problem occurred, likely because the program attempted to use my GPU but it refused.

Hold on a second... You're right about that. Not all templates in Vegas Pro work with OpenCL or CUDA rendering on your GPU. Double-check you're using the AVC/AAC template. I've posted a thread with the optimal settings for video rendering—hope it helps!

I've got most of those choices identical except for the internet resolution picked as 720p.

Make sure to remove any cache issues with Vegas Pro. Press Ctrl+Shift when you start it, as mentioned before.

Remaining time is just ten minutes until my next video finishes. Thank you for your assistance so far, and I’ll definitely attempt to clear the cache.
