Hello, I'm trying to install my Vega 8 with Ryzen Master but it keeps failing every tutorial I watch on YouTube. The hardware unboxing says it should work at 1.3GHz without any voltage changes, but my CPU only reaches 1.25GHz and isn't stable. Did this mean I got a faulty CPU?

It seems like you're asking about the silicon lottery and whether adjusting voltage might help. The system memory remains stable with the current settings, even as the APU utilizes it.

I already understood it, it looks like my mobile device only supports the CPU OC part. There’s no way to enable graphics overclocking in the BIOS. That’s probably why it crashes when I use Ryzen Master.
