He gave me a PC to fix after replacing the motherboard and CPU since the old ones failed. When I tried to power it on, it showed a BSOD saying the ACPI BIOS didn’t meet the specification. Using Windows 10 caused another BSOD right before installation. After switching USBs, the install started but later there were missing files errors—something similar happened with the same USB and ISO on my PC. After moving the hard drive to mine, both USBs triggered the same issues at specific times. Any fixes or advice would be appreciated.
