I'm searching for used DDR3 RAM with timing variations from what's compatible with your setup. Mixed timing could influence performance, but it won't force the CPU to use all timings simultaneously like a full-speed clock.

Sure, try all of them during typical times. It might impact performance, though it's generally only a small issue in about 99% of cases.

What specifications? Could you capture an image of your current RAM? If it's a bare PCB, make sure the text on the black ICs is clear, otherwise take a screenshot of the burner. Generally, you can ask for specific RAM details instead of getting random information.
