I had to reinstall Windows because of BSODs. Before the update, MSI Afterburner showed my 7800xt's core clock at 2600MHz, but now it reads 2565MHz. It seems neither value is accurate. The card's boost clock is only 2475. Anyone know what's happening?

What is the precision of these readings?
Especially important when the initial values aren't precise. The reasons behind it.
