After the act 3 update, most games experience stutters. I checked Task Manager during play and noticed my GPU usage dropping from 80% to about 20% before rising again. Could this be the issue? If yes, what steps should I take to fix it? I have the newest drivers installed and a temperature between 50-60°C while gaming.

I also believe I should switch to a new PSU, but the game never really stuttered until after Act 3 was released. Once it was out, there were a lot of stutters displayed.

The hard drive retains a substantial amount of available space (around 150 gigabytes remaining).
