Valorant should work on an old calculator, but it might need a modern upgrade. A RX 580 could help, though it’s still a stretch!

My device has a 1070 and struggles to maintain a steady output, often showing readings between 170 and 245 with an average around 185.

The laptop GPU is quicker than the 1070, and your frame rate exceeds what’s needed for that game.

It might still work well, though. Once the price stabilizes, it could be a solid option. With your 240fps monitor, you won’t miss the extra frames, and you’ll enjoy high-quality visuals.

A 2060S model is unnecessary; a 2020S unit can achieve 240 FPS in Valorant at 1080P resolution.
