I checked online and none of the recovery tools seemed trustworthy. The YouTube tutorial about testdisk appears to cover a whole drive, not just a few files. Spending too much time downloading made them disappear quickly. "Previous Versions" doesn’t exist, and the Recycle Bin option is also missing. Please help with Win7 64-bit.

It was around 88% complete, and this process verified the files, showing only about 6% remaining. The change wasn’t due to a single large file disappearing, but rather numerous smaller files being removed. Most of them are now fully downloaded and gone.

Since switching from uTorrent to qBittorent, I've never faced any issues while downloading files.

Thanks for the idea, I'll give it a try. I've stopped attempting to restore the missing information and am now re-downloading it.
