I need urgent assistance! I just got a SuperMicro server with an X11SPM-F motherboard. The BIOS uses APTIO Setup Utility version 3.4. It came with a MegaRAID SAS 9361-4i RAID card. I'm trying to open the RAID configuration tool but have no success. I switched all BIOS settings between UEFI and Legacy, but nothing changes. When I power on, I don't see the "Ctrl+H" prompt during POST. I tried pressing the button combo just in case. The server starts with a preloaded Server 2016 OS, and only one drive appears in Disk Management—Windows sees a single partition. One has 500MB, the other 557.26GB. I'm using a portable monitor via HDMI and a StarTech VGA to HDMI converter for display. The board lacks PS/2 ports, so my keyboard and mouse are connected via USB. I've been checking manuals and resources for two weeks without results. I'm really stuck and need help right away. Thanks!
