Review your BIOS configuration carefully. If someone advised keeping the pump speed consistent, stick with that unless you have specific reasons to adjust it. Otherwise, consider any changes based on your system's needs.

Adjust Fan Control Settings When your PC becomes too hot or has trouble releasing heat, modify the boot order. This means changing the sequence in which the BIOS or UEFI looks for a bootable OS at startup. If several drives are installed and your main OS is on a slower one, consider overclocking your RAM. While you can tweak other settings, overclocking RAM mainly focuses on boosting data transfer speeds and fine-tuning timing to improve performance. To increase RAM speed, enter the BIOS, find the memory or overclocking options, and adjust frequency, timings, and voltage. Be careful—wrong settings may lead to instability or hardware damage.

I don’t focus much on pump adjustments for an AIO; setting it to 95% works fine for me.
