You can use the USB drive to install Windows on your brother's PC, but you'll need a valid key for the same edition. If you get a new key, simply plug in the USB and follow the installation steps. Otherwise, you'll have to reinstall Windows from the drive.

download windows media creator and make a USB to install windows 10. because of the ssid and various hardware specs, i need to reinstall every time for a consistent result.

He already has a Windows 10 installer ready. He just needs to confirm if he can run Windows on several computers with the same setup. The media doesn’t have to be recreated each time. Regarding the SSID, it’s related to wireless networking settings but isn’t directly tied to the installation process itself.
