Using dual monitors, the main problem is how applications resize when you move or reopen them. Essentially, the position and size you set don’t persist after closing and reopening. For example, a fullscreen image stays in its original size even when you shift it or switch to another mode. Similarly, your file browser resizes itself each time you open or close it. The issue started after updating Windows from version 1803 to 1809, which introduced instability with window resizing. This behavior persists even when the app isn’t active, making it frustrating to maintain a consistent layout.
