Using the T3200M modem to divide networks
You're looking to set up multiple LANs using your T3200 modem. One option is an Ubiquiti router, which could help manage different networks efficiently. Alternatively, you might consider using separate IP ranges for each network type—Wi-Fi for laptops, a guest Wi-Fi, and a dedicated network for IoT devices—while keeping Ethernet connections within the same IP range as your computers.
I don't want these subnets to communicate with each other. The Guest network should remain separate from the IoT setup. I have 4 IoT devices, 3 laptops, 2 TVs, and a Wi-Fi printer. I need 3 VLANs.
