Hey there! The comment mentioned that using an M.2 in the first slot might disable the 5th and 6th SATA slots. I’m curious if this impacts my Gigabyte a320M-H, which is currently using SATA SSDs. I’m planning to switch to an M.2 soon. Thanks!

Avoid using the shared SATA ports for the M.2 slot.

The guide doesn't mention shared bandwidth for ports. It notes that 7th generation Athlon CPUs can't use PCIe M.2 SSDs, but that's separate from port sharing. You could relocate the drive to another SATA port if needed.
