I see, I have it, but it isn't working. I just press the keyboard and mouse before turning on the PC; the light stays on but doesn't function.

While running the installer, I believe it began functioning properly after my most recent reinstallation.

Resolved using MSI Smart tool https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=261560.0 I liked this video from the beginning at 1:11 and completed it. It automatically downloaded the AMD USB3 driver and NVMe drivers in flash. You can select your preferred driver, and it will be chosen automatically by your CPU for your convenience. Hope this helps with Windows 7.
