I just set up iTunes. My goal is to upload a few videos to my iPod. After adding them and selecting "Sync Movies," the progress bar warns me that iTunes will remove all my existing music. How can I include videos without losing my current files?

Simply drag and drop into the Movies or Videos area. This was one of the reasons I disliked how Apple handles file management—it’s completely unclear.

Attempting to drag and drop isn't possible at the moment. Right now, the interface appears this way. I just need to move the movies onto my iPod. The only option is to turn on syncing, which removes items from my iPod. I'm not returning to Apple anytime soon for other reasons too.
