your dedicated streaming PC keeps the CPU at full speed regardless of workload, but switching to faster processors like i5-8400 can reduce usage and improve performance. Some users report dual-channel settings making a noticeable difference, especially with veryfast CPUs.

Others might find it clearer to describe it as dual channel meaning your RAM operates simultaneously, splitting the data and transmitting it to both modules at once, effectively increasing your data speed. What is your current RAM capacity and how many modules are available?

Absolutely, adding another stick might improve your case. It’s not a guaranteed solution, but it could make a difference.

Thanks, I have a follow-up question. Would you prefer a 1050 Ti or dual channel RAM with an i5-8400?
