Hi, I just set up my new computer
Ryzen 5 1600
Asus b350-f strix
Gskill 16gb trident z
250gb Samsung 850 evo
1tb hdd
Sapphire rx 580 nitro+ 8gb
Cooler master 700w psu
Corsair h60 aio
Corsair 460x rgb case
Windows 10 pro

I installed ai suite 3 and got dual intelligent processors 5. After overclocking with 5 way Optimization to 3.95ghz, the voltage stayed at 1.384v. When I switched to power saving mode, the CPU speed didn’t drop and the voltage remained unchanged. Before overclocking, it was around 1.55ghz but now it’s stuck. The temperature rose from 30c to 43c. Is everything okay? Am I harming my PC?

Manually adjusting power settings no longer functions properly. It should be turned off because it may cause conflicts. Only Ryzen "X" models support automatic overclocking (XFR).

Check if those temperatures make sense for your components.
