Windows remains installed, but you may need to reinstall it and possibly update the product code since the motherboard has been replaced.

You might need to restart and see if it boots, but chances are your drivers for Ethernet, sound, chipset aren't matching. It's best to reinstall Windows for a fresh setup, though you can still try installing the right drivers later. As mentioned earlier, you may need to reactivate Windows because of the new motherboard.
