I'm having trouble finding any compatibility details for using a 30 series card like the 3090 with a PSU that only has a new gen 5 16-pin port. The issue is I need to power the GPU through the 16-pin connector, but my 3090 uses a 3x8-pin interface. It seems the port is meant for 40 series cards, yet I'm trying to connect a 30 series one. I've noticed adapters that reverse the connection, but they don't seem to fit this setup. My PSU is 1000W and has a Loki SFX design, and my CPU requires 2-8 pin connections. Do these adapters work in this scenario? Any specific parts could help clarify.
