I work with the Razer Naga mouse and the Razer BlackWidow Elite keyboard, though I’m not sure if you need to be aware of that. It seems the mouse keeps waking up the computer. I suspect the problem might lie in the software, specifically Razer Central. I don’t know how to use that information yet. As mentioned in the title, I checked Device Manager, Mice and other pointing devices, and turned off the Naga in both lists. I also disabled it in Keyboards under Device Manager, but my mouse still powers on. In Device Manager, Razer Naga appears there too, so I disabled it again just to be safe. I’ve also turned off the power management settings for both devices, yet they still turn on the computer. Anyone else experience this issue with the Razer Naga or other Razer gear? Do you know how to resolve it?
Hello @Orfieus! Consider verifying the BIOS settings and ensuring that wake options like keyboard, mouse, or LAN are turned off. If the display activates during sleep/hibernation instead of a full shutdown, it may be a normal Windows behavior. You might want to fine-tune the USB power configuration in the BIOS without completely disabling it. I’m not familiar with Razer software, but if it functions correctly, the issue likely isn’t there. I'll review the bios, thanks. However, I'll note if flipping the mouse and putting the PC to sleep keeps it in place instead of affecting my LAN.
