I've been using this motherboard for three years now. Suddenly the issue started. I tried resetting the CMOS by turning off the AC and removing the battery for about five minutes, but it didn't work. I checked the SSDs and everything seemed fine, so I reinstalled them as if they were brand new. The BIOS screen doesn't open, it stays stuck on the motherboard logo, and pressing any buttons gives no response. I also tried changing or removing RAM, but nothing happened. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. My specs are: GTX 1080, Ryzen 7 3700, 32GB RAM (two 16GB at 3200MHz), 1TB SSD, and a 250GB SSD from a prebuilt unit.

You checked each RAM module individually in separate slots. A yellow LED often points to a RAM problem.

The led is close to ‘BOOT’, suggesting it relates to starting up—probably because my ssd has Windows installed and it’s not working properly. I’ll give the ram a final try.

3 years ago you removed and repositioned the RAM. Bring a lamp near to inspect the dimming slots for any debris. Use a soft toothbrush to gently clean, or try a soft cloth to lightly wipe the connector pins on your RAM. A small amount of isopropyl alcohol can also help if needed.
