Chose to refresh the bios on my Zephyrus M16. Spent about ten minutes running it and then checked back—screen went black and keyboard backlight appeared. Checked a Reddit thread; since I only have a MacBook, I tried their steps. Now I’m stuck because I can’t locate the CapUptBkTemp file even though I’m on the correct disk. Any suggestions?

If you can't transfer it via USB, the warranty covers it. You may repair it on your own, but continuous use could damage the firmware chip.
