Your User Profile Service failed, but after 30 minutes and a registry reset I’m back. All your Chrome extensions were deleted. The issue happened because of an error, and now you need to fix it before it repeats!

I frequently encounter these issues with my ADDS server. Logging in most of the time causes it to fail or crash, then restart itself. It’s frustrating—I don’t feel prepared to troubleshoot or stop it.

You're using something similar to Chrome with extensions on your domain controller. ---- If you've cleared the registry (you're not sure how), all personal data will disappear because it's saved there.

I didn't remove it, but I resolved it after studying the most frequent cause: the registry file gets altered into a .bak file and must be restored and reset (not just re-set, but several settings need to be reverted). Regarding your method, you accessed safe mode by running regedit with random ass directory and changes.
