I just saw a new PC join my network setup. Didn’t add it myself—could this be an issue? Also, I’m not sure if it’s another device or something unexpected. Let’s be cautious and double-check.

I don't believe that's the issue. All my gadgets are linked to Wi-Fi.

It might be a NetBIOS or WINS issue on Windows. Restarting your machine could assist? Is this related to a Netgear router?

Unfortunately, it's just what was included with my internet plan. I don't have the money to upgrade.

I might install a Mac filter for the wireless and local network connections, just to be certain.

I turned off my PC to verify it wasn’t an issue, but it didn’t fix the problem. After restarting the second one, the issue disappeared.
