Used to be able to extract from Blu-ray now it freezes during handling
hi
i can't for the life of me figure this out. every blu-ray i try now gets stuck on processing and cpu load on the screen in dvdfab just continues to flucuate. it never stops. here's a picture. i am ripping into ISOs. please help.
Attempt to extract the bluray using another program, ensuring the drive functions properly and reads discs.
Didn't you just claim to have the issue solved?
In any case, there is a web site for searching for alternative software, if you looking for something else that is supposed to do the same - here is one search result based on what (i must guess) is your issue not yet solved:

Hi.
I haven't solved it yet. I plan to use dvdfab for my Blu-ray ripping, especially for full 1:1 copies of blurays. Makemkv doesn't produce perfect copies with all elements intact, like menus. I think the issue might be a setting in dvdfab that's affecting the process. Everything worked fine before, but suddenly it stopped working with Blu-ray. I'm planning to rip a DVD today to see if it still functions properly. I've heard something about a CUDA setting, but I'm not familiar with it. dvdfab is one of the top disc ripping applications, so I want to keep using it.
You're aiming to create a perfect replica of the video stream, not just a copy. Have you attempted to convert the DVD into an ISO-file using the correct software?
yes that's correct.
previously i was able to create ISOs using DVDFab with DVDs working well. now i need to verify if there are any issues with doing that in DVDFab since i can't rip Blu-rays into ISOs anymore. i'll update you on this today. however, as i mentioned earlier, i prefer using DVDFab with Blu-ray because it's a stable program and i like it. i'm not trying to be overly cautious; just feeling confident that this issue can be resolved and it has provided me with consistent success for years.
there is a forum, but I prefer not to engage there since I don’t wish to reveal a log that might indicate my software is pirated. i reviewed the guidelines before posting, which state that promoting or describing any illegal activity is forbidden. we won’t allow discussions about cracking encryption, piracy, or similar unlawful actions in our community. i’m not sharing details on how to commit piracy. i’m only backing up discs I own for personal safety. the dvdfab is extremely expensive. i suspect they wouldn’t assist me if it became known that my copy was pirated. i think there are others here seeking help with this app or something similar, and it’s likely a pirated version.
