Hello. A few days ago I used Ryzen Master and adjusted the RAM clock to 2800(1400), restarted my PC, but it only displayed a black screen with the GPU and CPU fans spinning. After several attempts, nothing worked. Later, I attempted to perform the CLRTC in BIOS using a screwdriver, but an Asus agent advised me—no luck. Tried removing the motherboard battery, but that didn’t help either. I repeated the process multiple times for longer durations, still no improvement. At this stage, I was unsure what to do and asked a couple of friends for advice. One suggested checking my RAM on their motherboard, but it didn’t work either. I tried using his RAM in mine, but nothing happened. I had to replace the RAM and then restarted the PC, which still didn’t resolve the issue. Now I’m really frustrated, especially since I’m based in Argentina and can’t afford another PC. All my work is done through my current machine as a freelancer.

I’m really disappointed, to be honest. My brother also has a similar experience, which makes me feel even more down.

I’m wondering if there’s any chance to fix this or if a technician could help.

My PC model is:
ASUS Prime A320M-K
8x2 2400mhz DDR4 Ballistix Crucial by Micron
R5 2600

Please, someone. Give me advice on which direction I should take.

If your processor is rated for 2400mhz and you attempted to push it to 400MHz, it's not surprising it won't function properly. You might want to access the BIOS (delete any unnecessary entries during startup) and then revert the memory speed back to its original rating. If the issue persists, a fresh Windows installation or restoring to an earlier version could be the simplest solution to bypass Ryzen Master.

I've already attempted it, but it doesn't work. The screen remains black continuously.

Disconnect the storage device (HDD or SSD) from both SATA and power sources, allowing it to remain inactive until you enter the BIOS.

I attempted this earlier. I kept the RAM CPU motherboard and PSU on. It still didn't function. I also changed the RAM slots.
