You can access your router settings by searching its IP address or by checking the model and visiting the manufacturer's website. If it has a graphical interface, you can navigate to security and add specific URLs or IP addresses to a black/white list. For Netgear routers, I can assist more directly.
I chose to just get a PIhole because I can use it for other purposes too.
