Check your graphics settings for stability. Use higher resolution and anti-aliasing options, but avoid extreme overclocking. Keep the display resolution at 1080p or higher. Adjust texture and shadow quality to lower values. Ensure your CPU and GPU drivers are up to date. Monitor frame rates closely during gameplay.

Using that card and that CPU makes everything explode in Ultra on CS and Rise of the Tomb Raider. Reduce the intensity if it gets too much.

Ignore the person above the settings—fast sync works well in the NVDIA control panel with minimal input delay. You can also set the monitor to 75Hz.

Adjust the display settings on the control panel to create a custom view. You can modify the refresh rate, which may allow you to reach 70/75 fps. There are many guides available on YouTube.
