The issue occurs each time you restart your PC because of BIOS settings. You may want to adjust certain configurations to avoid needing to enter BIOS frequently. This can be done on your X79 motherboard.

Do you possess a CMOS battery? If not, simply capture an image of the motherboard.

In your profile, locate the boot sequence setting and choose your Windows installation drive as the initial startup device.

I own a CMOS battery and can verify it functions properly because the clock remains consistently synchronized.

It's already configured as the primary boot drive, but you're experiencing an issue where the system restarts into BIOS each time you power on the PC for the first time.

Reset the BIOS or update it. If that doesn’t help, disable fast boot via sysconfig.

Make sure to store the adjustments in the BIOS prior to turning off the device.
