Look for issues and try to resolve them. After that, restart the system with: msiexec /unregister msiexec /regserver net stop msiserver net start msiserver
Restart your device and try again. The system might attempt another setup, but Windows restricts installations to one at a time. Rebooting clears any incomplete downloads and restores service availability.
