I don't own an AM5 board, so my understanding might be off. However, it seems you're thinking about enabling EXPO in BIOS... something like XMP or DOCP, but also adjusting timing precision. It could help or not, since most Gigabyte boards have very tight timings, but newer BIOS versions from companies like MSI are starting to offer tighter settings as well.

XMP was activated which improves timing precision. Still, Gigabyte and my AMD CPU haven't achieved even closer speeds.

Usually I handle it directly in BIOS, but it’s surprising how much you lose when the BIOS restarts or gets updated—nothing really changes.
