I usually just run Memtest or Prime95 overnight. With Prime95 you can focus more on RAM than CPU. If you've already tested Memtest for hours, try Prime95 just to double-check. Past that, it's likely you're overanalyzing. If static electricity damaged your RAM, errors would appear fast during testing. I’ve had faulty RAM and it doesn’t take days to check. Of course, anything could happen—you can't be 100% sure everything is perfect. ECC would be needed to ensure no errors! DDR5 has some ECC but I don’t have a clear explanation of how it works.
